Beyonce & Jay-Z Expecting Their First Child

The superstar glowing in a long, flowing crimson gown with a side-swept ponytail cupped her hands around her stomach as she posed on the black carpet at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, showing off a small baby bump. In addition to Beyonces telling pose, a rep for the 29-year-old singer also confirmed the pregnancy to Access Hollywood.
